Agreement with Great Plains Appraisal, Inc., for qualified professional appraisal services to assist the County Assessor's Office in performing the appraisal functions necessary to process the Tax Equalization and Review Commission (TERC) appeals for the 2017 tax year and any pending appeals from past tax years. F. Quitclaim deed from Lancaster County to Dennis L. Buel Revocable Trust to convey property generally located in a portion of South 54th Street vacated by County Resolution R-16-0014, in Lancaster County.
G. Contracts with the following to provide the annual service of fire alarm panel inspection, testing and repair (Quote No. 5682). Terms of the contracts are one year from the date of execution. 1. K. Change orders to County Contract No. C-16-0569 with Hawkins Construction for a total increase of $16,716.06: 1.
