Memorandum of Understanding (MOU033) between Garcia-Chicoine Enterprises, Inc., and Lancaster County, using the Nebraska Department of Roads (NDOR) Contract No. QH1804, to provide On-Call Guardrail Repair and Replacement Services. The term of the contract is from September 1, 2018 through August 31, 2019. The pricing will be pursuant to the NDOR contract. The cost to the County is not to exceed $11,000. (C-18-0548)
