PUBLIC HEARING AND ADMINISTRATIVE ACTION COMPREHENSIVE PLAN CONFORMANCE: 4.1 Comprehensive Plan Conformance No. 18011 More Information Comprehensive Plan Conformance No. 18011, to review as to conformance with the 2040 Lincoln Lancaster County Comprehensive Plan, a proposed amendment to the West O Redevelopment Plan, to add the West O Street Revitalization Project. The revitalization project involves a series of improvements within the public rights of way along West O Street, West P Street and the north-south streets throughout the corridor, including addressing blighted and substandard conditions throughout the area by investing in both improvements to existing public facilities and construction of new public facilities. Improvements may include new sidewalks, streetlights, and additional streetscape beautification projects. The West O Redevelopment Plan area is generally located at West P Street to north, the first set of railroad tracks to south, 9th Street to east and NW/SW 70th to the west.
