6. WH 18-5 Resolution authorizing the Chairperson and/or Purchasing Agent to issue a purchase order to the lowest responsible bidder, CEIA USA, for purchase of 6 high traffic, portable, walk-thru metal detectors for the Pinnacle Bank Arena, pursuant to Bid No. 18-064 Addendum 2, for an amount not to exceed $40,920.00.
7. WH 18-8 Resolution to approve a Settlement Agreement between TDP Phase One, LLC, the City, and the West Haymarket Joint Public Agency regarding TDP Phase One Redevelopment Project.
